Host checklist
Pick the party format. Open house, family dinner, or larger party. The format decides whether games should be self-guided or hosted.
Print the simplest activities first. Start with table prompts, graduate trivia, memory cards, and advice notes before adding extras.
Make one obvious game station. Put printables near the food table, photo wall, gift table, or guest book so guests can find them naturally.
Set out more pens than you think you need. For larger groups, create two stations so guests can play in waves without crowding one table.
Add one tiny instruction sign. Tell guests they can grab a sheet, play anytime, and leave finished notes for the graduate.
Collect the keepsake pieces. Gather advice cards, memory prompts, or finished sheets before cleanup so the graduate has something to keep.
